Commission Workflow & Terms

| 1 | Please inquire about availability and queue status before placing an order, as your request may enter the waiting list depending on the current workload. |
| 2 | Please prepare all required details before confirming your order || Children’s Book: Deadline, script, page size, character details + references || Novel: Illustration details, page size || Birthday Gift: Photo reference |
| 3 | Discussion and negotiation. |
| 4 | Once the client agrees, I will provide a price quotation along with character sketch samples for approval. |
| 5 | A down payment (DP) is required to begin the full sketching process for the project. The DP amount ranges from 20%–35% of the total price and can be adjusted for easier calculation. |
| 6 | Final payment must be completed after the client approves all preview results or before the delivery of the final files. |
| 7 | Revisions requested after final payment will be charged additionally, as they fall outside the project timeline. The fee will depend on the revision details. |
| 8 | Completed projects may be used by the client for commercial purposes. However, the illustrator reserves the right to showcase 1–2 images for portfolio purposes.If the client requires full ownership and confidentiality (NDA – Non-Disclosure Agreement), an additional fee will apply for exclusive usage rights. |
